1. Introduction and Acceptance

299et ("we", "us", "platform") is an online gaming service operated for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and 299et.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To register with 299et you must provide accurate and complete information. Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation.

2.1 Registration Terms

• All information you provide must be truthful, accurate and up to date.
• Opening more than one account from the same person, household or device is not permitted.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep the account password confidential and not to share it with any third party.
• Transferring or selling an account is strictly prohibited.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure security and prevent financial fraud, 299et may request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Identity verification may be mandatory before withdrawals. A national identity card, passport or other government-issued document may be required for verification.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

299et ensures convenient transactions through local payment methods in Bangladesh. All payments are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

3.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (per method).
• Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Each deposit must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through a third party are not accepted and may be returned.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals generally take 5–30 minutes to process.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.
• We reserve the right to suspend or cancel withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

3.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳/BDT). Currency conversion does not apply. Any external charges or fees that apply to a transaction will be determined by your payment provider's own policy — 299et is not responsible for these.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

299et offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. These bonuses are provided under specific conditions and compliance with these terms is mandatory.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x).
• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been completed.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Misuse of bonuses, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, or attempting to meet bonus requirements through strategic betting is strictly prohibited.
• If such activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.
• 299et reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotion.
• Each promotion may have its own terms and conditions, which will be stated on the promotion page.

5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

299et is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games on our platform are operated through reliable software providers.

5.1 Prohibited Activities

• Using any software, bots or automated tools to influence game outcomes is prohibited.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform is a punishable offence.
• Cheating or colluding with other players is prohibited.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity is prohibited and may result in legal action.

5.2 Technical Errors

If a game result is affected by a technical error or server problem, 299et reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet amount. Any winnings resulting from a technical error will not be considered valid.

6. VIP and Rewards Program

The 299et VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier.

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Progression to higher tiers depends on your playing pattern and activity. Separate terms may apply to VIP benefits. 299et reserves the right to change or modify the VIP program at any time.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 299et platform — logos, designs, graphics, software, text and other elements — is intellectual property owned by 299et or its licensors.

• Reproducing, distributing, publishing or using this content commercially without our prior written permission is prohibited.
• Reverse-engineering any part of the platform or scraping data from it is prohibited.
• Game software is owned by third-party providers and operates under their own licence terms.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy provides detailed information about how your personal data is collected, stored and used. By accepting these Terms you are also accepting our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 299et and its officers, employees and partners are not liable for:

• Delays or errors by third-party payment providers.
• Game sessions interrupted due to loss of internet connection.

9.1 Indemnification

You agree that you will be obliged to indemnify 299et for any claims, losses or legal costs brought against 299et as a result of your breach of these Terms, violation of applicable law, or infringement of the rights of any third party.

10. Account Suspension and Cancellation

299et reserves the right to suspend or permanently cancel an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraud, deception or bonus abuse.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Abusive behaviour toward the platform or other users.

In the event of account cancellation, any valid balance will be returned subject to applicable conditions being met. However, in cases of fraud the entire balance may be forfeited.
